4. Subscription & Payments
- Free tier users have access to limited daily questions and features.
- Premium subscriptions is free for limited time.
- All payments are final.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use Learnatopia solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform.
- Share your account credentials with others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Learnatopia — including questions, explanations, flashcards, study notes, and AI-generated materials — is the intellectual property of Learnatopia. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. AI-Generated Content
Some content is generated using AI tools. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Always cross-reference critical information with authoritative sources. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
Learnatopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any exam outcomes or academic results.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings or by contacting Support@learnatopia.com.
